Master Crafters
Ages 7 – 10
Our Master Crafters program incorporates more advanced learning opportunities without sacrificing any fun.
Problem-Solving Through Making
We encourage children to think outside the box and explore their creative potential. There’s rarely one “right way” to do a craft. Children experiment with different tools, shapes, and materials, sparking original ideas. When something doesn’t turn out as expected, kids come up with new solutions—teaching them to see mistakes as creative opportunities.
Calms Overstimulated Brains
Did you know that crafting is actually scientifically calming for kids (and adults!) whose brains are overstimulated by screens, school stress, or busy environments? Crafting is slower and more mindful, helping us to relax and reset.
Builds Confidence and Resilience
Mistakes aren’t failures—they’re opportunities to try again, adapt, and improve. Children see that practice makes progress and each mistake teaches a skill they can use next time, turning errors into stepping stones. The coolest part is that mistakes often lead to new ideas or unexpected results—showing that mistakes can spark something even better!
Develops Soft Skills for Collaborative Work
Our workshops often involve group projects that promote teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. By learning how to collaborate and share ideas with others, children are developing the soft skills that will help them thrive at school and beyond.
